Who we are
We founded A Space Between as a result of our own battles with mental illness and cancer. Having turned to art through the years as a way to channel emotional and physical pain, we know first-hand what creativity can do to heal.
ASB is an Art-in-Health charity that connects people through the therapeutic practice of art.
Isolated but not alone…
We believe that art-making in its most basic, child-like form is a powerful connector. ASB resources centre on unique colouring-in designs donated by creatives from all walks of life.
Your simple lines will connect across Hospital walls and isolated communities, to give a moment of calm.

Your sketch can be of anything at all - and as abstract or detailed as you like! It just needs to be in a dark coloured pen (of any thickness).
To get you started, think about what makes you happy ; places, people, words, shapes…Sign your drawing to make it extra special!

Scan / Take a photo
You can scan or take a photo of your drawing.
Tip: When taking a photo, place your drawing by the window to get good light. Try not to have shadows.
We found the free app Everynote Scannable creates really high quality images.
